657,000 PVCs abandoned in Oyo State, Nigeria

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Oyo State on Thursday said a sum of 657, 267 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) were yet to be gathered by their proprietors in the state.
The INEC's state Administrative Secretary, Mr Surajudeen Junaid, made the exposure in a meeting with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ibadan.
Junaid encouraged the individuals who had not gathered the PVCs to approach and gather the cards.
He likewise supported Nigerians who achieved voting age to use the progressing Continuous Voters Registration to get their voter cards.
The regulatory secretary asked Nigerians to take an interest completely in the appointive procedure in front of the 2019 races and vote in favor of competitors of their decision.
Junaid advised legislators against any demonstration that would wreck the constituent procedure, focusing on that they should play by the principles.
He said the commission had increased open illumination to teach the electorate on their rights and obligations in the appointive procedure.
